Below are the setting for both IMAP, and POP3.

I would suggest setting up the email as an IMAP profile, allows easier configuration and syncing of your emails.

 

IMAP Settings:

IMAP Server: You can find your IMAP server in your Control Panel in the User Information section (ex: webmail.example.com).

 

What-Imap-Settings-Use-Exchange-2010-1

 

Username: your SAM account name.?  (ex: user_domain.com)

 

Password: your password

 

Port: 993 (using SSL)

 

SMTP Server: You can find your SMTP server in your Control Panel in the User Information section (ex: SMTP.example.com).

 

What-Imap-Settings-Use-Exchange-2010-02

 

Username: your SAM Account name.

 

Password: your password

 

Port: 587 (using TLS for Outlook 2007)

 

Require Authentication: please check the boxes Yes and Use same settings as your incoming mail server.

POP3 Settings:

POP3 Server: You can find your POP server in your Control Panel in the User Information section (ex: webmail.example.com).

 

What-Pop-Settings-Use-Exchange-2010-01

 

Username: your email address

 

Password: your password

 

Port: 995 (using SSL)

 

SMTP Server: You can find your SMTP server in your Control Panel in the User Information section (ex: SMTP.example.com).

 

What-Pop-Settings-Use-Exchange-2010-02

 

Username: your email address

 

Password: your password

 

Port: 587 (using TLS for Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2010 )

 

Require Authentication: please enter Yes and Use same settings as your incoming mail server.
